Be Prepared – Dancers should use the restroom before class to prevent disruptions. Hair must be secured away from the face and neck, preferably in a bun.

Maintain Proper Etiquette – Keep hands to yourself, respect fellow dancers, and follow instructor directions at all times.

Studio Equipment – Ballet barres are to be used for support during exercises only. No sitting, hanging, or playing on them.

Dress Code & Accessories – Jewelry and watches should not be worn in class for safety reasons.

By following these policies, we create an environment where all dancers can grow, improve, and thrive. Thank you for your cooperation!

Attendance Policies

Studio 386 Attendance Policies

To ensure the best learning experience for all dancers, we ask that students adhere to the following attendance guidelines:

  • Be Punctual & Prepared – Dancers should arrive on time, properly dressed, and ready for class.

  • Late Arrivals – If a student arrives more than 10 minutes late, the instructor will decide whether they may participate or observe the class.

  • Commitment Matters – Regular attendance is essential for individual progress and the overall success of the class. Missing class frequently may impact a dancer’s development and placement.

  • Missed Classes – No credits, refunds, or make-up classes will be provided for absences.

  • Instructor Cancellations – In the rare event that a class is canceled by the instructor, a make-up class will be scheduled.

  • Illness Notification – If a student is sick and unable to attend, we ask that a parent notify the studio in advance.

By following these policies, we can maintain a structured and professional environment where all dancers can thrive. Thank you for your cooperation!
