Erynn Joi
Erynn Joi began her dance career at the young age of three and has been dedicated to the art form ever since. She is trained in a wide range of dance styles, including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Acrobatics, and Gymnastics. At just 12 years old, Erynn transitioned from a budding talent to a professional dancer. During her middle school years, she was already performing alongside prominent artists like Montell Jordan traveling extensively. After high school, Erynn moved to New York City, where her career skyrocketed. She has been featured in numerous television shows, national and international commercials, and music videos. Some of her most notable credits include Oprah's Farewell Show, the Super Bowl Halftime Show with Beyoncé, The Billboard Awards, MTV’s Video Music Awards, VH-1 Fashion Rocks, The Latin Billboards, The Grammy Awards, NBA All-Star events, The Jimmy Fallon Show, and commercials for Oxygen Network and Viacom, among many others. Throughout her career, Erynn has performed alongside some of the biggest names in the music industry, including Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, Ne-Yo, DJ Khaled, Britney Spears, Ciara, Missy Elliott Don Omar, and Aventura. In 2012, Erynn founded DANCE 4 JOI, a traveling dance competition squad for children in NYC and New Jersey. Under her leadership, the team won numerous national titles, solidifying her reputation as a high-level coach and choreographer dedicated to developing young talent. Erynn is also the founder of an online boutique where she creates one-of-a-kind art, jewelry, and clothing, serving customers worldwide. Her innovative approach to music, dance, and design has allowed her to establish a distinctive brand that resonates with people across the globe. In addition to her work, Erynn is also a talented musician and songwriter, creating music for both industry artists and her own projects. As the Co-Owner and Choreographer of Studio 386, Erynn is passionate about inspiring and mentoring dancers of all levels, from recreational students to aspiring professionals. She believes in creating a welcoming and supportive environment where every dancer can build confidence, develop their skills, and form lifelong friendships. With extensive industry experience, Erynn provides top-tier training for those pursuing professional careers while also fostering a love for dance in students who simply want to express themselves and grow. Her dedication to both the artistry and community of dance makes Studio 386 a place where every dancer feels valued, empowered, and part of something special.

Chaleak Jones
Chaleak is a lifelong dancer with a deep passion for ballet, jazz, and modern dance. She had the privilege of attending magnet public schools in Jacksonville, FL, where she trained under world-renowned choreographers at esteemed arts institutions. In 2014, Chaleak founded Royal Pointe Dance Academy, a studio built on the foundation of affordable, high-quality dance education. Her vision was to create a space where dancers of all ages could train, grow, and thrive. Over the years, she expanded the program, introduced new dance styles, and cultivated a strong community of passionate dancers. In 2019, after welcoming her first child and earning an MBA in Sports Management from St. Leo University, Chaleak faced one of her biggest challenges—the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the hardships that nearly forced her studio to close, her perseverance, faith, and dedication allowed her to push forward and continue inspiring young dancers. As a dedicated school teacher at a Christian academy, Chaleak also runs multiple dance programs in Jacksonville and surrounding areas, further spreading her love for dance. Her leadership, expertise, and unwavering passion have made her a driving force in the dance community, keeping her studio thriving and full of positive energy. In 2025, Chaleak partnered with fellow industry professional Erynn Joi to merge Royal Pointe Dance Academy with STUDIO 386 Performing Arts Academy in Daytona Beach, FL. Together, they have created an elite training ground for dancers, offering professional-level instruction in a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. Their shared vision is to inspire, educate, and prepare dancers for successful futures—whether on stage, in competition, or beyond. Today, their programs continue to expand across multiple cities, providing a home for dancers of all ages and skill levels to learn, train, and achieve their full potential. Chaleak is incredibly grateful for this journey and remains committed to shaping the next generation of dancers.

Shalya
Shayla is the heart of our studio, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. As our dedicated studio manager, she plays a vital role in organizing day-to-day operations, coordinating schedules, and providing unwavering support to our staff, students, and parents. With a keen eye for detail and exceptional problem-solving skills, Shayla is the go-to person for anything and everything that keeps the studio thriving. From managing logistics to creating a welcoming environment, her leadership and dedication allow our instructors to focus on what they do best—teaching and inspiring the next generation of dancers. Beyond her administrative expertise, Shayla brings warmth and positivity to the studio, making every dancer feel like part of a family. Her ability to handle challenges with grace and efficiency makes her an invaluable asset to our team. When she’s not keeping the studio in perfect harmony, Shayla enjoys spending time with loved ones, exploring new creative projects, and staying active in her community.

Studio Manager | Instructor
Ms. Bree
At the age of five, Mrs. Bree attended a performance of The Nutcracker, an experience that ignited her passion for dance. She began her formal training at Amanda’s Dance Center, where she spent eight years studying Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Acrobatics. She later joined the dance program at Mainland High School, deepening her love for Ballet and Jazz while expanding her repertoire to include Hip Hop and Modern. During high school, Mrs. Bree also pursued her Associate of Arts degree at Daytona State College, where she furthered her dance education and performed with the college’s dance company on multiple occasions. After earning her degree in 2015, she began teaching at Royal Pointe Dance Academy while continuing her training at Freed Performing Arts. Over the next five years, she remained dedicated to refining her skills in Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop, Modern, and Jazz. Beyond her role as an instructor, Mrs. Bree is an integral part of keeping the studio organized and running smoothly. Her exceptional talent in sewing and fashion design allows her to create unique, creative costume ideas for students, enhancing their performances with visually stunning and custom-made attire. Outside of the studio, Mrs. Bree enjoys spending quality time with her two daughters, crocheting, and attending church.

Instructor
Jasmin
Jasmin, known as Jas, began her dance journey at a young age, training at Crystal’s World of Dance in Lakeland, Florida. As a dedicated member of the competition team, she honed her skills and passion for dance through her senior year of high school. She is currently pursuing a degree in Theatre Performing Arts with a minor in Dance Studies at Bethune-Cookman University. In addition to her academic studies, Jasmin is an active member of To Be Announced Dance Troupe (TBA), further expanding her experience in performance and choreography. Now in her first year as an instructor at STUDIO386, Jasmin teaches Ballet-Acro, African Dance, and Toddler Hip Hop. She is also one of STUDIO386’s competition team Hip Hop instructors, guiding her students to success through dynamic choreography, technique, and performance excellence. Jasmin brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong technical foundation to her classes, inspiring young dancers to grow and develop their artistry.

Ms. Megan
Ms. Megan has been immersed in the world of dance since the age of three, training at various prestigious studios throughout her early years in Charles Town, WV. She has performed in multiple productions of The Nutcracker and annual spring recitals, showcasing her versatility and passion for the art form. During high school, Megan was an active member of her school’s dance team, participating in numerous competitions and dance festivals. In her sophomore year, she had the distinct honor of being selected for the Governor’s School for the Arts summer program, an opportunity that further refined her skills and deepened her commitment to dance. As a high school senior, she was awarded a dance scholarship to Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina, where she trained extensively in ballet, modern, jazz, tap, and more. Throughout her four years at Winthrop, Megan choreographed for junior and senior showcases and performed at regional and national collegiate dance festivals, gaining valuable experience on a professional level. She was also a dedicated member of the Winthrop Rockettes, performing for the community during the holiday season and earning the prestigious title of "Rockette of the Year" in her senior year. In addition, she was a member of the Winthrop University Dance Team for three years, balancing her rigorous academic and performance schedule with grace and dedication. Megan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance Performance and a minor in Health, equipping her with both artistic and technical expertise. She has since continued her career as a dance instructor and choreographer, sharing her passion and knowledge with students of all ages. Since joining STUDIO 386 Performing Arts Academy, Megan has become an integral part of the team, bringing her wealth of experience and passion for dance to every class. She is dedicated to fostering a positive and inspiring learning environment, helping dancers of all ages develop their skills, confidence, and love for the art form. Her commitment to excellence and ability to connect with her students make her a valued mentor and instructor.
